Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has launched the new Honor 9 smartphone on the UAE market. The Honor 9 comes packed with an upgraded 20MP + 12MP dual-lens camera, better audio quality, a Kirin 960 chipset, 6GB RAM, and EMUI 5.1. The phone also packs in 128GB of storage space, which can be further expanded to up to 256GB.
“Following its tremendous success in China, whereby over one million units shipped within 28 days, we noticed significant demand for pioneering technology and trend setting phone design specifically in the UAE, as such we are delighted to meet this demand by bringing the Honor 9 to the UAE. The Honor 9 merges the best of design trends, craftsmanship, and technological innovation that has been created to meet the lifestyle demands of millennials,” said Chris Sun Baigong, VP of Honor in MEA region.
Honor 9 also features a 3D glass back made up of 15 meticulously crafted layers and a sandblasted metal bezel that creates a subtle aurora effect.
The phone is available in two different colours – Glacier Grey and Sapphire Blue. The Honor 9 is immediately available on the market starting from AED 1599.
