Apacer launches military-grade shockproof portable hard drive

Apacer launched its latest USB 3.1 Gen 1 military-grade shockproof portable hard drive, AC633 that has also passed the U.S. military-grade drop test and is IP55 certified for dustproof and waterproof functions. Combining with the protective rubber case and anti-vibration internal suspension structure, AC633 can effectively reduce external forces, providing the most robust data protection.

Apacer AC633 is constructed to be dustproof and waterproof at IP55 grade, with thorough rubber coverage at the exterior, effectively preventing dust intrusion and withstands spraying water. No matter encountered rain or dust, AC633 can easily handle these situations.

The strong protection of AC633 comes from a single-piece rubber case which is available in three colors, “power red,” “speedy blue” and “energetic yellow”. Combined with the color “tough black”, it demonstrates a striking sports style. The four corners are smoothly rounded to provide a buffer effect during falls or strong impacts. The leather texture on both sides is not only used to bring the appearance and anti-slip functions to the next level, but also resists scratches or fingerprints, effectively reducing the damage caused by friction.Additionally, the unique internal suspension structure can reduce vibrations while minimizing the impacts caused by accidental movements. AC633 possesses both inner and external protections, enabling the perfect protection for your precious memories!

AC633 not only possesses multiple protections, but also features the robust and durable USB Type-A female connector. It has passed the 10,000 times plug/unplug test, providing safety guarantee for users. Equipped with USB 3.1 Gen 1 high speed interface, AC633 has a transmission speed up to 5Gbps which allows you to back up a great deal of audio and video files and reduce the transfer time.

The new drive is available in 1TB and 2TB; the latter can store up to 1 million photos, half a million mp3 music files, and 833-hour full HD videos.
