As you can see, the video shows off all the angles of the new Galaxy Z Flip 5G. The video appears to be a trailer that is intended for promotional purposes by Samsung. The Z Flip 5G on the video is the Mystic Bronze colour.
According to reports, the Galaxy Z Flip 5G is said to feature a dual-lens camera that consists of a 10MP + 12MP configuration. According to Max Weinbach of XDA, the new smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 865+ processor as opposed to the Snapdragon 855+ on the Galaxy Z Flip 4G device. It also appears that the new smartphone may have some differences with respect in dimensions as compared to the 4G version of Z Flip. Weinbach also suggests that the Galaxy Z Flip 5G is 0.5mm thicker and 0.1mm taller than its 4G counterpart.
So for the Z Flip 5G, the ONLY part that changes is the SoC. It's the Snapdragon 865+. The cameras stay the same at 12MP and 12MP. Same sensors too. Display is the same. Software is One UI 2.5 which is mostly unchanged. Hole is the same size. Battery is the same size.

Weinbach also mentions that the battery size and the camera hole size between the 4G and 5G versions of the Z Flip remains the same. He also mentions that the image sensors of the camera remain the same, except with the fact that Samsung might be cropping down the sensor resolution from 12MP to 10MP. The new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G and the new Galaxy Note 20 series are expected to be announced at the Samsung Unpacked 2020 event scheduled on August 5th, 2020.
