Linking Policy

ZARKS Media (together with its parent and subsidiary entities, “Review Central Middle East” “we” “us” or “our”) supports the usage of cross-linking on the Web. We encourage our own sites, and other sites on the Web, to link and summarize content that adds value for their users.

We follow certain guidelines when linking to others, and expect the same consideration from third parties who wish to link to us. The principles embodied in these guidelines include proper attribution, respect for copyrights and trademarks, and permission for commercial use.

We want to work with you! If you have any questions about this policy, please ask.

You are welcome to link from another site to ZARKS Media content- however do not use any ZARKS Media logos, trademarks and trade names, and any content, quotes, etc. in any advertisement or promotions. Links may include text content such as headlines and may be accompanied by brief summaries of the linked articles. You may also use inline links. If space permits we prefer that you use the title of the article as the link, and we strongly encourage citation of the source site. (Our logos may accompany a citation, but their use requires our written permission) There is no expiration on such links, and no permission is required.

For your convenience in regularly linking to our stories, ZARKS Media also offers RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds of our stories.

Please do not:

* Attribute a link on your site to a ZARKS Media site and then link somewhere else;

* Write and link to a summary of the ZARKS Media story which exceeds fair use guidelines;

* Frame the ZARKS Media story or otherwise present the content as your own;

* Use any images from ZARKS Media stories on your site without written permission;

* Use any of our logos or trademarks without written permission; and

* Use any content or quotes in any advertisement or promotions.

Reproducing Our Content:
Beyond widely recognized “Fair Use” guidelines defined by local copyright law, any other reproduction of our content requires our written permission. Some types of reproduction may require you to pay a licensing fee. Types of use that require our written permission include:

No Liability:
Neither ZARKS Media nor any third party will be liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in any content published by ZARKS Media, or in the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof.
