While Fitbit is on the verge of announcing new smartwatches and fitness trackers, a series of renders have been leaked that showcases the upcoming devices called the Versa 3, the Sense, and the Inspire 2.
Fitbit had recently announced the Versa 2 smartwatch and it’s surprising that the leaked renders and details are already out for the Versa 3. The Versa 3 is expected to feature a squarish circular design. The leaked renders do show a heart rate sensor and a step counter on its home page. The Versa 3 is expected to also come with a microphone, GPS, and 50 meters of water resistance.
Then there are the leaked renders of the Fitbit Sense, which appears to have a similar squarish/circular combo design as the Versa 3, but is expected to come with more features. The rear side of the Fitbit Sense comes with the heart rate sensor, charging pins, and four different icons for GPS, 50m water resistance, temperature measurement, and ECG. However, the Fitbit Sense does not come with an in-built mic as the Fitbit Versa 3.
Fitbit also will bring the Fitbit Inspire 2 that may feature a new design as compared to the original Inspire, which was announced earlier this year. The leaked renders of the device reveal that the Inspire 2 may feature a heart rate monitor and some basic fitness tracking apps. Another important change seen on all three devices is that there are no physical buttons to navigate through the menu of the device. Instead, it appears that Fitbit has replaced the physical buttons with a new sort of pressure or touch-sensitive area.
While there is no word on when the new devices will officially hit the market, the high-quality leaked renders do hint that the fact that we can expect Fitbit to announce the Inspire 2, the Sense, and the Versa 3 later this year.
