LG launched its new mobile application, LG Customer Service with the aim of making their life easier. The new apps is designed for smartphones that operates with Android as it can be downloaded for free from Google play. It is the first flexible mobility solution from LG that provides customer care at the convenience of all users , intended to upgrade the level of service for LG customers in the GCC countries specially Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to access and to request service at an effortless and easy-to-use manner.
The launch of this new application marks a significant landmark and adds a new leap in the LG’s constant efforts to satisfy customers by offering this smartphone application to make better after sales services and their lives easier and smarter. This application makes no need for the customer to call the call center, instead the customer can register the request by himself/herself. Registration is valid for all home appliances and home entertainment products excluding Air-condition.
Also it provides the users with many benefits such as allowing them to chat in live mode with the call center agents and request for a services or track earlier request status. The application also enables users to identify the LG’s nearby service center and showroom to their location.
