Huawei announced the availability of their latest set of smartphones, Nova 3 and Nova 3i in the UAE and Nova 3 can be pre-ordered now, for delivery from 26th July; while the Nova 3i will be on pre-order from 7th August for delivery from 16th August respectively.
The Nova 3 series have been designed for optimum selfie performance, with dual front and rear cameras of 24MP and 2MP, f/2.0 wide aperture lens, and Kirin 970 ‘artificial intelligence’ processor.
The front camera works with the Kirin processor for image recognition and enhancement. The nova 3 is enabled with over 200 different photographic scenarios across eight categories that include blue skies, beaches, plants, night, stage performances, flowers, rooms and snow. The Kirin processor recognizes the background and applies colour optimization features.
The phone also includes a ‘beauty’ algorithm with seven skin tones and textures. The 2MP camera includes broad spectrum color sensor that captures depth-of-field information for authentic bokeh (overused blurry background) effects. The image processor technology, coupled with the set focal length of 35mm is optimal range for selfies, is intended to enable users to get a ‘perfect’ selfie on the first shot.

The HUAWEI nova 3 will be available for pre-order from 15th July, 2018, at the HUAWEI Experience Store located at The Dubai Mall and across select retailers in the UAE, and will be on shelf from 26th July, 2018. The HUAWEI nova 3 will be available in Iris Purple, Airy Blue and Black colours at price of AED 1,799. In addition, the HUAWEI nova 3i will also be available for pre-order from 7th August and will be on the shelf from 16th August, 2018 at the HUAWEI Experience Store at the Dubai Mall and across select retailers in the UAE. The HUAWEI nova 3i will be available in Iris Purple, Pearl White and Black colours at AED 1,299.
