Chery UAE, through its official sole distributor AW Rostamani, has announced the arrival of its groundbreaking Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) models, now available in showrooms across the Emirates.
Marking a bold step toward redefining sustainable luxury and high-performance driving, the new TIGGO 9 PHEV and Arrizo 8 PHEV bring cutting-edge hybrid technology to both SUV and sedan enthusiasts in the region.
Designed for a new generation of eco-conscious drivers who demand more from their vehicles, Chery’s PHEV lineup blends uncompromising performance, intelligent design, and remarkable fuel efficiency, offering a combined range of 1,200 km on one full tank and one full charge.
On the other hand, the Arrizo 8 PHEV brings Chery’s advanced hybrid engineering to the premium sedan market. Powered by a 1.5TGDI petrol engine and a high-performance electric motor, it offers a pure electric range of 118 km, outperforming many rivals in its class. With safety at its core, the Arrizo 8 PHEV’s battery features 800 safety checks every 5 minutes, IP68 water and dust protection, and a rapid power cut-off system. The sleek interior is equipped with a 24.6” dual infotainment and cluster display, in addition to premium audio, delivering an elevated driving experience.
Both models also feature seamless wireless connectivity through Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, allowing drivers to mirror their favorite apps, navigation tools, and entertainment directly onto the central display.
