CANYON offers a good range of keyboards, mice, and other accessories. CANYON sent us the MW-26, a wireless, lightweight quiet-click mouse. We review the new CANYON MW-26, and here are our thoughts about the device.
The new CANYON MW-26 is designed for those who want a comfortable wireless mouse experience. The device features a dimension of 107.5 x 62 x 37.5 mm, and the mouse weighs 66 g. The chassis is made of ABS plastic, and the mouse comes in four colors, which include sage green, pink, yellow, and lavender. As you can see, we got the lavender violet color model as a review sample.
The mouse features a multi-shade design, where the left and right buttons are in dark violet, and the main palm rest comes in a lighter violet shade. The mouse scroll wheel is yellow in color, and the sensitivity button is also in dark violet color. The CANYON branding is located on the palm rest portion of the device. CANYON also included a small LED screen that showcases the remaining battery capacity of the device, without the need for you to check on a PC.
The left-sided forward and backward buttons are also in dark violet colors. The ergonomic design of the mouse ensures that you experience strain-free mouse usage for longer durations.
The USB-C port is located on the front side of the device. The included USB-C cable isn’t as long as you would expect.
The bottom side of the mouse features two large silicon pads, along with a switch to choose between Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz wireless connections. Speaking of which, CANYON has placed the dongle on the bottom side of the device. The dongle uses a USB-A interface.
The optical sensor on the MW-26 is capable of achieving resolution up to 2400 DPI, which should be enough for general use and office work. The sensitivity can be adjusted to 800, 1200, 1600 and 2400 DPI. Other features include 10G acceleration and 30 iPS moving speed. The mouse also houses a 400 mAh rechargeable battery that can last up to 600 hours on a single charge (depending on the wireless mode).
