D-Link will preview its latest range of Smart Home and Smart City products at Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona. The company will be focusing on the theme “Connect to More.” D-Link’s solutions will cover a wide range of modern connectivity solutions – from high-speed M2M routers and in-car LTE hotspots, to smart sensors and D-Link’s new Covr Whole Home Wi-Fi system.
“Mobile World Congress is an extraordinary opportunity for us to interact with our customers and partners and communicate innovative technological ideas,” said Sakkeer Hussain, Sales & Marketing Director of D-Link Middle East & Africa. “D-Link strives to take a leading role in shaping digital transformation by integrating smart digital technologies into everyday life and connecting businesses, cities, and people.”
D-Link’s products on show at MWC 2017, which can be found at Hall 2 Stand 2D21MR, will include:
4G LTE
For modern consumers at home or on the move, high-speed connectivity is essential. D-Link’s range of LTE Wi-Fi routers and portable mobile LTE Wi-Fi Hotspots combine high-speed LTE Cat 9 (up to 450 Mbps download) with dual-band Wireless AC so multiple people can easily share a single high-speed, reliable, mobile Internet connection. Furthermore, Hybrid DSL+LTE routers combine 4G LTE mobile Internet with fixed line DSL broadband to facilitate a faster and more reliable Internet connection.
Machine to Machine (M2M)
D-Link will be demonstrating one of the most complete sets of M2M products in the industry during MWC 2017. Highlights include the DWM-320, its in-vehicle Wi-Fi hotspot with OBD2 support, and the DWM-312, a 4G LTE M2M router which provides reliable real-time M2M data connectivity in even the toughest environments, making it the perfect device for mission critical applications such as providing connectivity to ATMs.
Smart Home
D-Link provides one of the world’s largest ranges of Smart Home devices, and is Europe’s leading IP camera supplier. At MWC, D-Link will showcase the most recent additions to its leading Smart Home range, including the world’s first Apple HomeKit compatible camera, the Omna 180 Cam HD; a new generation of mydlink Home Z-Wave sensors and a new Z-Wave hub, capable of supporting up to 50 devices within a system. Two new additions to D-Link’s popular Wide Eye camera range, which offer an undistorted 180 degree field of view to maximise coverage and simplify installation, will also be on display.
Covr Whole Home Wi-Fi
D-Link will showcase its new Covr Whole Home Wi-Fi range. Covr combines the latest in Wi-Fi and Powerline technology to create a seamless mesh network, which enables customers to easily create a reliable home network with ultra-fast speeds. The hybrid Wi-Fi Powerline approach simplifies adding Wi-Fi connectivity to areas previously inaccessible by Wi-Fi technologies alone.
Business Cloud
Wireless network management is easy and simple with D-Link’s Business Cloud Solution. It can be set up at multiple sites and monitored by just 2-3 employees. A large number of Access Points can be managed from one interface, and there is no limit to the amount of APs supported. The smartest technologies combined with low costs help to expand businesses and their networks.
