Huawei has launched its first-ever mobile live chat support in the UAE. This services according to Huawei will help its customers enjoy uninterrupted support through its HiCare pre-installed application found on all Huawei 2016 -2017 smartphones.
Huawei’s live chat will host a variety of support services which include technical support, warrant information and help customers navigate through various features and “how-to” tips on their smartphones.
“Huawei live chat is another innovative service offered exclusively to Huawei’s UAE customers, and will be available in English and Arabic, providing mobile support to anyone using a Huawei smartphone,” said David Wang, Country Manager, Huawei Consumer Business Group (CBG) for United Arab Emirates. “Live chat service compliments Huawei’s ongoing efforts to create a new level of customer service capability in the UAE and the region, one that sees Huawei customers receiving personalized services and exclusive experiences as part of their smartphone purchase.”
The live chat service is a part of the Huawei HiCare app that is pre-installed in all Huawei devices that have been launched in 2016-2017. For wider range of customers Huawei has the following toll free number: 80066600.
Huawei’s first dedicated customer service center was opened in 2015 in Dubai and recently, the first Abu Dhabi service center was opened, making it the 47th dedicated customer service center in the region. The center features a dedicated Self-Help smart zone for customers to data backup and recovery and the priority counter will service VIP customers and those with special needs.
The Huawei Service Center also provides high quality maintenance, parts and warranty services for all Huawei smartphones and devices and offers the fastest turnaround times for customers.
