Sony Mobile today announced another addition to its Xperia portfolio – the super mid-range Xperia XA1 Plus smartphone. The product unveiling follows Sony Mobile’s recent Q1 2017 financial results, which saw operating income reach 3.6 Billion Yen (US$ 32.9 Million) for the first quarter of this year.
The XA1 Plus features a 23MP camera, 5.5-inch Full HD display and immersive audio performance with ClearAudio+ Sony audio technology and Smart Amplifier. The phone will be available in four colours – Gold, Blue, Pink and Black – and will run on an octa-core processor.
The 23MP high resolution camera will offer a large 1/2.3-inch Exmor RS for mobile sensor. It also features a bright F2.0 lens to offer stunning high resolution images even in low-light, accurate Hybrid Autofocus so even the most spontaneous moments are always in focus, and you’re guaranteed a superfast journey from launch to capture in 0.6s. Xperia XA1 Plus also comes with an 8MP 23mm wide-angle lens front camera to give you high quality images that capture all the action, even in a group selfie.
The Sony Xperia XA1 Plus will be available in the UAE from October end and will be priced AED 1,199. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Sony Xperia XA1 Plus will be available from October end and will be priced SAR 1,099.
