Amazon.ae’s user-friendly Seller Mobile App aimed at helping local Selling Partners to grow and manage their sales on Amazon.ae conveniently from anywhere. As more and more of its Selling Partners are managing their business remotely via mobile, Amazon continuously evolves its approach to accommodate their changing needs.
Ronaldo Mouchawar, Vice President of Amazon MENA, said “Since we launched Amazon.ae we have been connecting with our Selling Partners on things like how to improve our environment to suit their needs locally. Working backwards from their feedback, we’ve launched the Seller App to support the Seller Partners and help them conduct business with more speed, ease and flexibility.”
The Amazon Seller app, which was introduced earlier this year, provides various functionalities including:
- Analyzing and viewing sales even at the product level which helps sellers stay on top of their business
- Managing listings, updating pricing, in addition to adding and viewingcompetitive offers
- Monitoring account health by getting visibility into performance metrics including order defect, cancellation and late shipment rates
- In-app messaging feature to help sellers respond to customer messages promptly
- Contacting seller support and getting help directly from the app
Mohammad Farrukh Khan, owner of Farrukh Khan, who has been using the Seller App since it has launched earlier in the year, commented “The arrival of Amazon to the UAE has been nothing short of a revelation. On a monthly basis, my business has been able to double its capacity whilst maintaining profitable operational costs, thanks to the Amazon Seller App. Alongside myself, my team has found the portal easy to adapt to with a quick learning curve.”
He added “Even though my products are Fulfilled by Amazon, with the new Seller app I can manage everything from my phone which is particularly helpful during the current situation. Amazon and its supporting digital infrastructure have quickly become vital partners to my business, anywhere and at any time.”
