MINISFORUM has announced their UM560 mini PC, which is listed in their new mini PC series, the Venus series, to provide ultimate performance and work flexibility with AMD Ryzen 5 5625U processor and Radeon Graphics. UM560 is a multi-purpose mini-computer designed for use in a variety of solutions, such as a home office, media centre/HTPC, printer management PC, digital signage, or mass-deployment enterprise IT solution.
The AMD Ryzen 5 5625U is a 15W processor manufactured on the modern 7nm TSMC process. It has 6 cores and 12 threads with base clock 2.3GHz and boost clock 4.3GHz. It has 16MB of L3 cache. The APU also comes with an AMD Radeon RX Vega 7 integrated graphics card with 7 CUs at up to 1800MHz.
The computer body is only 12.8cm long, 12.66cm wide and 4.65cm tall. It supports totally up to 64GB of DDR4 dual-channel memory. It has one M.2 2280 PCIe slot and one 2.5 inch SATA HDD slot for storage expansion (SATA 3.0 6.0Gb/s). Three monitors can be connected at the same time using 2xHDMI ports and 1xUSB-C port. If customers buy it with 256Gb of storage or 512Gb of storage, it will come pre-installed with Windows 11 Pro.
Ports include 1x RJ45 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet Port, 2x USB2.0 Port, 2x USB3.2 Port, 1x USB-C (Support 65W USB-C PD power and display, in back), 1x USB-C (Gen2 , Data Transfer, in front), Clear CMOS button, DMIC, and one 3.5mm audio jack.
The barebone model costs about €349, the 8GB RAM+256GB SSD for €429, the 16GB RAM+256GB SSD model for €469, 16GB RAM+512GB SSD variant for €489, and the highest 32GB RAM+512GB SSD for €559.
