Samsung rumored to bring back the physical rotating bezel for upcoming Galaxy Watch 6 smartwatches

It’s not uncommon for brands to get rid of a feature that is beloved by many users and this could be due to the demand and sales of the product. One such example is the physical rotating bezels found on previous generations of Galaxy smartwatches.

And for some convincing reason, Samsung did not think that this feature was of any significance and did not include it on the current Galaxy Watch 5 series wearables, even replacing the “Classic” variants with a new so-called “Pro” model for the Galaxy Watch 5 series devices. A year has almost passed by since the Galaxy Watch 5 series has been released, and if the latest rumors are true, then the company plans to bring back the physical rotating bezels for the upcoming Galaxy Watch 6 series models.

The latest information comes from the Korean-based tipster @SuperRoader, and from his latest YouTube video, it appears that Samsung plans to bring back the physical rotating bezel. While @SuperRoader has been right several times about his past speculations, we certainly hope this new information is true.

There is also further information from GalaxyClub which indicates that Samsung may also bring back the “Classic” Galaxy Watch branding, along with the fact that the new sixth generation Galaxy Watches would feature improved battery life as compared to the current generation. While it could take months for an official confirmation from Samsung, its certainly great news for those who have been waiting to upgrade from the older Galaxy Watch wearables, especially those who love using the physical rotating bezel.
