Honor has announced the launch of the new 7X onto the regional market. The phone comes with Huawei’s very own FullView Display at an aspect ratio of 18:9. The size of the display is 5.93-inch and offers a resolution of 2160-by-1080 pixels.
On the front of the device you get an 8 megapixel front shooter that comes with a “Face Beauty Mode.” Additionally, Honor 7X offers Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF). The Honor 7X also comes with Dual Camera 2.0 that consists of a 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel setup, supported with phase detection autofocus and LED flash.
The Honor 7X also comes with a Facial Recognition feature. Whether you’d like to secure your phone with a pin code, pattern, fingerprint or just your face, honor 7X leaves it up to you to decide your style of lock.
Under the hood, the Honor 7X is powered by a 2.36GHz octa-core Kirin 659 processor, which is a custom chip developed by Honor, and EMUI 5.1 coupled with 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB of internal storage. The internal storage can be further expanded by up to 128GB, using a micro SD card.
In terms of battery, the Honor 7X comes with a 3,340mAh battery. Pricing and availability details haven’t been announced by the company as yet.
