InnJoo is one of the fastest growing smartphone brands in Middle East. The company announced their new flagship – the InnJoo 3 at GITEX Technology Week in October 2016. We recently received a test unit for review and boy, we have to say, we are impressed.

The InnJoo 3 comes packed in an awesome packaging concept, which when opened reveals three separate compartments. It is evident that InnJoo wants to offer a premium experience the moment you open up the box that contains the smartphone.

As soon as you open up the box, you find the InnJoo 3 smartphone neatly nestled into the middle compartment. One of the compartments include the paperwork, while the other includes all the accessories.

Accessories that accompany the InnJoo 3 include a pair of in-ear earphones, the USB Type-C charging cable, and a charging adapter. You also get a clear case for the phone, and a tempered glass screen protector.

When you hold the phone in your hand, you cannot help but imagine how InnJoo was able to offer such a brilliant phone at a very affordable price tag of AED 777. The overall design and build quality is awesome and has a premium feel to it.

On the right edge, you will find the power button and the volume rockers. The SIM and microSD card slots can be found on the left edge of the device. InnJoo has also moved the fingerprint sensor to the front face of the phone, just below the display.

Right up at the back of the phone, you will find a 21-megapixel auto focus camera. The phone also features an 8-megapixel front facing camera for all your selfie needs. And at the bottom you will find the USB Type-C port for charging the phone and syncing data.

The InnJoo 3 flaunts a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display. Under the hood, the phone features a MediaTek LTE Cat-6 MT6750T Octa-core processor, clocked at 1.5GHz and a Mali-T860MP2 GPU.

In terms of software, the InnJoo 3 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with InnJoo’s very own skin on top of it. The device also comes with 4GB of RAM and packs in 64GB of in-built storage with a flexibility to expand storage up to 128GB via a micro SD card.

The InnJoo 3 took great pictures and videos under good lighting conditions, though we saw a bit of noise in low light conditions. In terms of performance, the InnJoo 3 passed through all the benchmarks we threw at it.

The InnJoo 3 has the capability of serving as your primary smartphone if you are on a budget, but need top-notch features coupled with good build quality and design.
