Dubai Parks and Resorts Announces Price Cuts

Dubai Parks and Resorts, the region’s largest theme park destination, has announced its new season line up, featuring the premiere of the Lionsgate zone at MOTIONGATE Dubai and a series of exciting events on the river at Riverland Dubai. The Lionsgate zone at MOTIONGATE Dubai, which will shortly be unveiled to the public, features the world’s first rides and attractions inspired by the international blockbuster movie series ‘The Hunger Games’.

Visitors will be able to take a hair-raising journey from District 12 to the Capitol on the adrenaline-filled half pipe roller coaster, the Capitol Bullet Train and enjoy a 3D flight that soars over Panem and takes guests in touching distance of the iconic landmarks of the Capitol, on the Panem Aerial Tour.

Riverland Dubai, the themed dining, retail and entertainment district at the centre of Dubai Parks and Resorts has also announced its season line up of free events including Circus on the River in November and Pets on the River in December and a host of new events during public holidays.  Live outdoor entertainment and alfresco dining along the scenic river will also return, giving friends and families the opportunity to come together and enjoy everything the destination has to offer.

Effective from 1st September 2017, UAE Residents will be able to take advantage of the winter season rates of AED 165 for a day ticket to MOTIONGATE Dubai, LEGOLAND Dubai and LEGOLAND Water Park and AED 95 for a day ticket to BOLLYWOOD PARKS Dubai. The UAE Resident Rate is available online or at the gate for up to five tickets upon presentation of a valid Emirates ID.

Non-resident ticket prices have also been announced for the winter season, with day tickets ranging from AED 235 per park or AED 285 for two parks. These prices are available from 1st September 2017 giving guests the opportunity to experience over 100 rides and attractions at the destination. Ticket prices are the same for adults and children, with kids below the age of 3 entering free.

We are joining communities across the UAE to celebrate national holidays with free events along the river at Riverland Dubai. We have also created our very own special signature events like Circus on the River and many others which we expect will become a must-see for families throughout the year.”

Dubai Parks and Resorts, the region’s largest theme park destination, features MOTIONGATE Dubai – a unique theme park showcasing some of Hollywood’s most beloved characters from DreamWorks Animation, Columbia Pictures and Lionsgate – and BOLLYWOOD PARKS Dubai, a first-of-its-kind theme park that showcases rides and attraction based on some of Bollywood’s biggest blockbusters.

It also hosts LEGOLAND Dubai, a unique, interactive theme park for families which brings the well-known LEGO brick to life in a playful learning environment, in addition to the LEGOLAND Water Park, the region’s first water park catering to families with children aged 2-12. The entire destination is connected by Riverland Dubai – a uniquely themed retail and dining district at the heart of Dubai Parks and Resorts.

Guests can stay at the Lapita Hotel, a Polynesian themed family hotel that is part of the Marriott Autograph Collection. Expected to open in late 2019, Six Flags Dubai will be destination’s fourth theme park and the region’s first Six Flags theme park.
