ASUS has officially unveiled its latest gaming monitor called the ROG Swift PG329Q, which is a 32-inch IPS monitor with 2K resolution and 175 Hz fast refresh rate.
The new monitor features the latest DisplayHDR 600 with 600 cd/m2 as the peak brightness, support for DCI-P3 colour gamut and 98% coverage with 10-bit colour and support for 160% sRGB ultra-wide colour gamut. As for gaming, the response time of the new PG329Q is 1ms Gray-to-Gray (GTG). ASUS also included the ELMB-Sync technology that works with a variable refresh rate (VRR) that allows backlight with motion blur reduction. The monitor features support for AMD FreeSync and will be also certified for NVIDIA G-Sync as well. There is a ROG RGB logo on the back of the monitor that can be customized with the ASUS Aura Sync application.
ASUS markets the panel of the monitor as “Fast IPS” as relating to the 175 Hz refresh rate on a 1440p screen resolution and 1ms GTG response time. Pricing and further details of the new ASUS ROG Swift PG329Q have yet to be announced. We will let you know when the rest of the details are out.
