Sustainability at the Heart of the ASUS Business Summit
The summit also showcases ASUS’s commitment to creating innovative solutions that meet the sustainability goals and commitments of company.

ASUS presented during the 2023 edition of the Business Summit its sustainability efforts in four areas : circular economy, climate action, responsible manufacturing and value creation.
For circular economy, ASUS highlighted its whole lifecycle approach, targeting sustainability across every phase of product life cycle and enhancing its competitiveness.
ASUS climate action is guided by a clear roadmap to net-zero and by ASUS’s science-based targets for carbon emission reduction. The company committed to using 100% renewable energy in its Taiwan-based operations by 2030 and global operations by 2035.
Furthermore, ASUS acknowledged that individual efforts aren’t enough and has promoted responsible manufacturing throughout its entire supply chain by joining as a Full Member of Responsible Business Alliance to support the vision of the RBA, and include its suppliers’ ESG performance in procurement decisions and management processes.
Lastly, for value creation, ASUS has presented its digital inclusion program that includes over 20,000 computers to more than 1,800 nonprofits organizations since 2008. The company has also set up 500 digital learning centers in 39 countries — with a vision to eliminate the digital gap and create equal opportunities for all.
The organization of this event itself is no exception to the rule and fits perfectly into the company’s sustainability policy. ASUS Business Summit selected suppliers in line with its commitments and nearly all of the materials in this event are chosen with recyclable or contained recycled components, with special consideration given to environmentally friendly paints and varnishes.
