Action star Jason Statham is set to return to the big screen with Mutiny, an upcoming action thriller that promises intense action, suspense and an international conspiracy. The film follows Cole Reed, played by Statham, who finds himself framed for the murder of his billionaire boss after witnessing the shocking crime. Determined to clear his name and uncover the truth, Reed embarks on a dangerous mission that takes him aboard a cargo ship, where he discovers a much larger conspiracy.
Directed by Jean-François Richet, known for action-driven films including Plane and Assault on Precinct 13, Mutiny brings together a cast featuring Annabelle Wallis, Roland Møller and Adrian Lester alongside Statham. The film is produced by Marc Butan and Jason Statham, with Lionsgate presenting the MadRiver Pictures and Punch Palace production.
