At recently concluded Gaming Festival in Beijing, HP unveiled its new lineup of its gaming brand, OMEN and expanded its range of professional-grade gaming laptop and accessories. The new lineup included 15.6-inch diagonal display OMEN 15 laptop that is powered by VR ready NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 with MAX-Q Design along with 8th Generation Intel Core i+4 H-series quad or six-core CPUs and boosts RAM up to 32GB. The new laptop comes with options including 144hz 1080p, 60Hz 4k8, or 60Hz 1080p and NVIDIA G-SYNC technology on select configurations.
OMEN Game Stream adds new functionality to its OMEN Command Center software, which comes preinstalled on the new OMEN 15 Laptop, introduces the ability to harness your OMEN PC’s power to stream gameplay content to other Windows 10 devices.
The new OMEN Mindframe headset comes with active earcup cooling technology that has a self-adjusting lightweight suspension headband, soft leatherette ear cushions that according to HP can harness realistic positional audio and 3D spatial awareness with DTS Headphone:X10 and 7.1 virtual surround sound to track every enemy footstep.
The HP OMEN Sequencer Keyboard comes with optical-mechanical switches and is built with a durable brushed top, lightweight anodized aluminum frame, and features USB port at the back-left corner for added convenience.
The HP OMEN Reactor Mouse features optical-mechanical switch technology with light beam detection that enables a 0.2ms click response time on left and right buttons, for speeds that are a whopping 3x faster12 than a traditional mechanical mouse switch.
HP also launched the OMEN X by HP Transceptor Backpack, and OMEN by HP Mouse 400 along with OMEN by HP Mouse Pad 200 and Hard Mouse Pad 200.
