Motorola has officially unveiled a new budget smartphone called the Moto E7 Power, featuring a large display, high-capacity battery, Android 10 OS, and more.
The new device holds a large 6.5-inch display with HD+ as its screen resolution. The display also features an aspect ratio of 20:9 and also comes with a waterdrop notch that holds a 5MP front-facing camera. On the back of the smartphone are a fingerprint scanner and a dual-lens camera system. The main camera features a 13MP image sensor and the second camera is a 2MP sensor for macro photography.
There is also a dedicated Google Assistant button located on the right side. Speaking of which, the smartphone runs on Android 10 OS and is powered by the Helio G25 SoC, and comes in two different RAM/storage configurations. You either get a 2GB RAM/ 32GB storage or 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage model. Although, the 2GB RAM seems low for today’s standards. That said, users will be able to expand the internal storage with a MicroSD card.
The device also comes with a large 5000 mAh battery and features 10W fast charge support. The Moto E7 Power also includes IP52 certification, 2×2 MIMO connectivity, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The new Motorola Moto E7 Power is set to go on sale in India soon in Tahiti Blue and Coral Red colors with a starting price of 105 dollars (Approx. 400 AED). However, there is no word yet when Motorola plans to release the smartphone in other markets and in the UAE.
