Samsung Gulf Electronics announced the trade-in initiative for UAE consumers aiming to purchase the brand new Galaxy S21 Series 5G. Running until Friday, April 30th 2021, customers can save up to AED 2,800 on their Galaxy S21, Galaxy 21+, or Galaxy S21 Ultra by trading their current smartphone, smartwatch, or tablet from any brand. Those wishing to exercise this option to purchase a new Galaxy smartphone can trade-in as many as three old devices, including those with cracked screens.
“Introducing customer-centric programs that provide help and support to our customers is one of Samsung’s longest-standing traditions,” said Osman Albora, Senior Director – Mobile Division, Samsung Gulf Electronics. “People often upgrade their tech devices for various reasons, which means there are always opportunities to make good use of the products they no longer need. As such, we wanted to allow Samsung enthusiasts to trade-in their devices and enable them to unlock valuable savings when purchasing the Galaxy S21 Series 5G. We are sure this initiative will help many consumers nationwide, and we look forward to seeing Galaxy lovers benefit from the offer and acquire their new devices.”
Consumers looking to trade-in online simply need to follow four simple steps to complete the process. First, go to samsung.com/ae and order any of the Galaxy 21 Series 5G devices. Or, they can visit samsungtradein.ae, select up to three old devices and complete the evaluation. Third, keep your old device(s) ready – Samsung’s trade partner will contact you for pick up in 2-3 days. Finally, the trade-in amount of your old device(s) will be transferred to your bank account upon successful evaluation.
Alternatively, those looking to trade-in in stores can visit their nearest Samsung Experience Store or selected electronic retailers, present their old device(s) for instant evaluation by store staff, and receive an instant discount value to purchase any Galaxy S21 Series product from the store based on the evaluation.
