Poco has officially introduced a new affordable smartphone called the Poco M4 5G smartphone, almost seven months after the company had unveiled the Poco M4 Pro 5G. And as compared to the Pro model, the new Poco M4 5G comes with cut-down specifications.
The new Poco M4 5G features the Dimensity 700 SoC, along with memory configurations that include 4GB RAM/64GB ROM and 6GB RAM/ 128GB of internal storage. Another great addition is the inclusion of a MicroSD card slot for expanded storage up to 512GB.
The smartphone also comes with a large 6.58-inch LCD screen with Full HD+ as the screen resolution, along with 90Hz as its refresh rate. The refresh rate is adaptive, which allows the device to switch between 30Hz, 60Hz and 90Hz modes, depending on the type of content that is viewed. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 3. The water-drop selfie camera on the front houses an 8MP camera.
The rear side features the Hypnotic Swirl Design, along with two cameras that include a 50MP main shooter and a 2MP depth sensor. The device also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm audio jack, USB-C port, Hi-res audio, and IP52 certification. The device also houses a 5000 mAh battery, along with 18W wired fast charge and 5W reverse charge support.
The availability and pricing of the new Poco M4 5G in the UAE are yet to be announced. And we shall let you know once the word is out.
