The Sony MP-CL1 is one of the latest mini projectors in the market which comes with some really cool specs. The device comes packed with wonderful features that too within such a tiny package. The price of the device is around $349 and this pico projector is the first time production of Sony.

This is targeted at people who are always on the move as this is so easily portable and comes with great projection qualities. Since, it falls under the tiny projectors or the pocket projectors category, there are few competitors like the LG Minibeam PH300 and the ZTE SPro.

The design of the Sony MP-CL1 is noteworthy. The premium looks is not only restricted to the packaging of the device but the device itself looks very classy. The aluminium made black coloured chassis for the device which is having matte material is just giving it the super classy and elegant look.

Overall, the device looks and feels sturdy. Ports on the device include USB and headphone jack on the left side of the device and there are indicators for power and the battery on the front of the device and other features are also engraved on the device.

The device has laser projection which is rated at 32 lumens and that can be called as a drawback of the projector. The resolution of the projector is little odd and is 1920 x 720p. But there is no need for the manual controls for the focus of the projector and the images are sharp and having great clarity.

The battery which runs the device is of 3000mAh, the contrast ratio is also very impressive as it is 800000:1 and there is Wi-Fi connectivity. The device also has the HDMI connectivity features with the MHL compatibility. This features lets you connect your projector to any one of the HDMI device and then you can stream and mirror any sort of media with the help of the Hardwired Connection.

The projection size of the device is up to 120” and there are video inputs like the mini HDMI and the USB features. The dimension of the device is 3.0 x 5.9 x 0.51 inches. The projector not only looks great but also has some really great features and the picture quality is also noteworthy which makes the device a hotcake on the market.
