BenQ announced the launch of its new range of eye care HDR monitors combining world-class entertainment with innovative eye care solution designed for gaming and video viewing experience with its cutting-edge technology. The new range includes two models, EW277HDR and EL2870U comes with advanced Vertical Alignment (VA) panels give you unparalleled brightness, resolution and clear audio for a unique viewing experience.

The Benq EW277HDR is equipped with HDR and leverages its high-contrast VA panel technology with high 3000:1 native contrast, wide colour gamut reaching 93% of cinematic DCI-P3 colour space, and 400-nit enhanced brightness to deliver a riveting multimedia experience that entertains and protects your eyes with its innovative design. The EW277HDR accurately portrays 100% of Rec. 709 HDTV colour standard. In addition, it provides extra enhancers with Super Resolution to upscale standard definition content and Smart Focus to highlight selected regions of the screen.

The model comes with multiple VGA and HDMI inputs and integrated speakers for a complete entertainment solution. The monitor is perfect for those long binge-viewing sessions as it protects your eyes with its exclusive Low Blue Light, Flicker-Free, and Brightness Intelligence Plus (B.I.+) Technologies certified by global safety certification authority, TÜV Rheinland.

The EL2870U brings alive the magic of 4K UHD technology with life-like imagery designed to enhance brightness, colour temperature and contrast that automatically regulates its visual in accordance with the content format. With HDR video engineering, BenQ’s EL2870U delivers an overall dynamic range between true black and bright white that is a true representation of the natural colours. With the ingenious Brightness Intelligence Plus technology, the monitor detects ambient light levels and the colour temperature to automatically adjust on-screen brightness and colour temperature that increases the viewing convenience for the user. This translates to screen contents not being overexposed to give you a visible level of clarity and intensity.
