Samsung Electronics is expanding its post-purchase support for Galaxy users in the UAE with the launch of Samsung Care+ Now, a repair service available exclusively through Samsung.com and Samsung’s authorized service centres, offering screen repair, battery replacement, and back cover replacement for Galaxy devices whenever customers need it.
Expanding the Samsung Care+ family, Samsung is launching Samsung Care+ Now as a new service option for Galaxy customers in the UAE. Designed to complement Samsung’s existing care and protection offerings, Samsung Care+ Now gives eligible customers the flexibility to access selected repair services when they need them, with the convenience of online booking, genuine Samsung parts, and trusted professional support.

Customers can choose the repair option that best fits their schedule. With pickup and delivery, Samsung collects the device, completes the repair, and returns it. Repairs completed through pickup and delivery are returned within 72 hours at no extra cost. Customers who prefer to drop in can instead visit a nearby Samsung service centre for same-day repair.
Every repair under Samsung Care+ Now is delivered with Samsung’s trusted service quality in mind. Repairs are completed using genuine Samsung parts by authorized service professionals, and repaired components are covered by a three-month service warranty for added reassurance. Customers can also benefit from secure payment options at checkout and earn Samsung Rewards with every purchase.
